摘要
本文依据诱导反应的基本原理,提出了一种同时测定多元素的方法;以I,^-—淀粉配合物为指示剂,用停留法研究了Ti^(3+)和Sb^(3+)诱导的Cr(Ⅵ)-I^-氧化还原反应的动力学性质,并建立了同时测定微量钛(Ⅲ)和锑(Ⅲ)的动力学—停留光度法.线性范围分别为0~2.8μg/mL Ti(Ⅲ)和0~2.0μg/mL Sb(Ⅲ),检测限为0.016μg/mL Ti(Ⅲ)和0.010μm/mL Sb(Ⅲ).测定了模拟样品中的钛、锑含量,结果满意.
A stopped -flow inductive kinetic speetrophotometric method for simultaneous determination of multielments is proposed. The kinetics of Ti3+ and Sb3+ induced Cr( Ⅵ) -Ⅰ -redox reaction was investigated using Ⅰ3- - starch complex as indicator, and a procedure for simultaneous determination of Ti3+ and Sb3+ is proposed. Calibration graphs are linear for 0 2. 8μg/ml Ti(Ⅲ)and 0 2. 0μg/ml Sb( Ⅲ ). Ti and Sb amounts in synthetic samples are determined,and the results are satisfactory.
