采用系统工程设计方法，建成分布式微机系统，将各种气象业务联成一个有机整体，其中包括各种数据采集上网、加工、分发输出并且同时提供各种不同用户进行图形显示，形成综合性的有机整体。
The distributional system of microcomputer is established with a projecting method of systematic engineering,which coorperates an entirety with a variety of meteorological operations.The system possesses functions of data collection and processing,and it also can provide picturedisplaying to diversified users.
