摘要
本文用三种单一路面载荷谱对EQ140汽车驱动桥壳进行了强化程序疲劳试验,并对疲劳断口进行了宏观和微观分析,从而找出了它的破坏机理和原因,并提出了改善EQ140汽车驱动桥壳疲劳强度的措施。
In this paper, a intensified fatigue test for EQ140 rear axle housing is described with three kinds of load spectra of single road conditions. A fractographic analysis of fatigue fracture sections is conducted to find out its fracture mechanism and cause, and the measures for improving fatigue strength of rear axle housing are also proposed.
