摘要
后端漏油是EQD6102型柴油机的一大问题。根据该机后端的密封结构形式,从产品设计角度分析了漏油原因,并探讨了在产品不作大改动(例如改成整体油封)的前提下改善后端密封性能的可行性。试验研究表明,取消回油螺纹、曲轴上开切槽、油封前移的综合方案,是改善后端密封性能的有效措施。
Oil leakage at crankshaft rear end is one of the key problems of EQD6102 diesel engine. According to the sealing construction of the engine, this paper analyses the causes of oil leakage and explores the feasibility upon improving the sealing effectiveness at crankshaft rear end without greatly changing the construction, for instance, adopting an integral oil seal. The experimental investigation shows that a (combined) version, c0nsisted of canceling oil drive back thread,slotting on crankshaft joural and forward moving of sealing packings, is an effective way for improving the sealing effectiveness at crankshaft rear end
