Development of A New Corrugated Fin Type Radiator

新型ZQ6450管带式散热器是为解决6450系列小客车装备空调系统，其冷却水温度过高这一问题而开发的，介绍了其结构设计特点。和原有的四种ZQ6450散热器相比，该散热器的单位面积散热量提高了68％，比散热面积减少了21％，达到了高效化、轻量化的设计目标。

In order to improve the problem of high coolant temperature in model 6450 seres passenger cars equipped wtrh air conditioners,a new model ZQ 6450corrugated fin type radiator has been developed. In this paper its constructional features are presented. Comparing with the original four types of ZQ 6450 radiators,the dissipation of heat per unit area of the new radiator is increased by 68 per cent,while the specific dissipating area reduced by 21 per cent. As a result. the designing targets,high efficiency and light weight,are achieved
