摘要
通过对各种尼龙材料性能及使用效果的分析比较,选择PAX和PA合两种尼龙作为IVECO汽车传动轴花键的涂覆材料,并确定了涂覆工艺过程。设计了流化床尼龙涂覆系统及传动轴后加工刀具,对尼龙试棒进行切削加工试验及台架试验。
Based on the analysis and comparisons of the properties and effect in use of various mylon materrials,two grades of nylon,PAx and PAx are adopted as the coating material for drive shaft splines of IVECO automobiles,then the coating processes are determined-A suspension polymerization bed of nylon coating system and post cutting tools of drive shaft are designed.
