摘要
对汽车覆盖件模具数控加工的质量分析表明,曲面造型和刀具运动轨迹的生成,是数控编程加工中的两大关键性技术。刀具运动轨迹的合理与否,不仅影响到被加工零件的质量,而且也关系到刀具的使用寿命及机床的使用安全性。本文论述了与汽车覆盖件模具数控加工刀具运动轨迹有关的一些概念及加工工艺参数的选择,并讨论了典型曲面刀具运动轨迹的生成方法及编辑方法。
From the quality analysis of NC machining of pressing dies of the motor vehicle covering parts, it shows that styling of the curved surface and cutter paths creating are two critical techniques. Correctness and rationality of te cuutter paths will not only influence the quality of the parts processed, but also effect service life of the tools and safety service of pressing machines. This paper gives a general outline of some conceptions relative to the cutter paths of the NC machining of pressing dies of motor vehicle covering parts and of the se1ection of technological parameters for machining. Also it discusses the creating and post processing method of the cutter paths for typical curved surfaces
