东风牌汽车停缸节油单片机控制试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 经分析指出,在东风牌汽车上实行停缸节油时,只靠车速和单一油门位置极限这两个控制参数,是不能保证发动机始终被控制在燃油经济区工作的。介绍了停缸节油控制模式的优化决择、单片机电控器的设计及匹配试验结果。运用道路负荷法所得数据进行的台架试验及道路对比试验结果表明,停缸节油效果是明显的。 From the analysis of fuel saving practice by cutting out cylinder operation of Dong Feng motor vehicle, it is shown that no guarantee is possible to control the engine operation always in the economical area of fuel consumption depending on the only two control parameters of engine speed and single throttle limiting position. An optimum selection of control mode of fuel saving by cutting out cylinder operation, design of a single chip processor controller and result of match testing are introduced in this paper. Results of the rig test proceeded with data from road load method and comparative road test show that effect of fuel saving by cutting out cyIinder operation in this mode is prominent
