Microcomputer Controlled Measuring System for Automotive Steering Gear Testing Bed

介绍了利用微机控制的汽车转向器总成台架试验台的测试原理和功能。该试验台利用微机实现了试验的自动控制、转角和转矩的自动检测、数据自动处理、显示、打印及绘图功能,减少了人工测量时可能产生的误差,提高了检测精度和工作效率。

In this paper the measuring and testing principles and functions of a microcomputer controlled automotive steering gear assembly testing bed are presented. The testing bed achieves the automatic control by the aid of microcomputer,e. g. measuring the rotating angle and rotating torque, as well as data processing,displaying,printing and plotting,etc. Consequently the measuring error possibly caused by manual operation is able to be reduced, the inspecting and measuring precision and working efficiency are improved.
