摘要
在汽车防抱死制动系统(ABS)的控制过程中,一般由电控单元控制三位三通电磁阀来实现制动轮缸压力的增压、保压和减压三种状态的控制。为提高响应速度和控制精度,介绍了一种采用脉宽调制(PWM)信号,控制二位三通间实现三种压力状态控制的技术。给出了二位三通阀的基本结构,论述了PWM信号的控制过程。
In automotive anti-blocking brake system(ABS)the pressure control,e. g. Pressure increasing,maintaining and decreasing,in wheel braking cylinder ib usually actuated by a three position three way electric-magnetic switch,which controlled by an electronic control unit (ECU ). In order to improve the response speed and control accuracy,this paper presents a two position and three way electric-magnetic switch controlled by pulse-width modulation (PWM ) of signals, the pressure control in wheel braking cylinder is therefrom achived,Meanwhile the paper describes the fundamental construction of the two position and three way switch,as weIl as the control process of PWM of signals.
