摘要
斜楔冲模通过斜楔将压力机滑块的垂直运动转换成非垂直运动，从而可实现各种侧向冲压加工。应用优化方法在满足侧冲行程和侧冲力条件下，得出了各种磨擦和斜楔倾斜角对应的各种斜楔冲模最优传递角，给出了各种情况下的计算模型。
In a wedged slamping die the vertical motion of slide block of a press can be trans formed into a non-vertical motion by means of wedges,the different pattems of lateral stamping processes are accordinglyaccomplished. Meeting the conditions of the reguired lateral stamping stroke and force, the optimum transmision angles for different wedged stamping dies, which are corres ponding with different friction and inclinder angles of wedges,can be obtained by optimization. The calculation model for different case is given in this poper.
