摘要
与齿轮齿条式转向器配用的转向传动机构和传统的整体式转向梯形机构相比有其特殊之处,本文介绍了该转向传动机构的结构特点和优化设计方法,给出了优化设计的目标函数和设计变量的选择范围,并进行了实例计算。
Comparing with traditional integral steering trapezium gear,steering linkage adapt-ed to a rack and pinion steering gear has peculiar features. This paper presents the constructionalfeatures and optimum design methods of this type of linkage,and gives the target functions in op-timum design, as well as the selective range of design variations. ln addition, the actual calculationexamples are cited.
