A common and Simple Method of Valve Clearance Adjusting

在详细的理论分析基础上，提出了一种快速简易的气门调整方法，即不论往复式四行程内燃机的曲轴处于任何位置，调整处于可调位置的进气门和排气门，然后转动曲轴一圈，调整原先处于不可调位置的进气门和排气门。用此种方法可调整任意类型和缸数的四冲程内燃机的气门间隙。

Based on the theoretical analysis,a fast,simple and easy way of valve clearance ad-justing method is proposed in this paper;i. e. when a crankshaft of any reciprocating fout-stroketype internal conbustion engine located at any position, the adjustable intake and exhaust valveclearance is able to be adjusted,then rotating cranks 360 degrees to adjust remaining valve clea-vance,This adjusting method can be used for any kind and any cylinder number of four-stroke in-teral combustion engines.
