摘要
对齿轮渗碳时渗层不均的原因进行分析的结果表明,渗碳零件表面残留的油污,是造成渗层不均的重要因素之一。指出渗碳前将零件进行烘烤脱脂,是消除该影响的简单方法,其最佳温度为400±20℃。连续式渗碳炉设计时,应考虑脱脂问题。
The results of the analysis of cause of non─uniform carburized layer thickness of carburized gears show that the greasy dirt remained on the part surfaces to be carburized is one of the major factors causing the non─uniform thickness. The author mentioned that a simple method to eliminate the cause is to degrease the parts bdfore carburization by baking,the optimum temperature recommended is 400±20℃. When designing a continuous type carburizing furnace, it is necessary to take account of degreasing.
