摘要
用W12Cr4MoV3N超硬高速钢制造冷挤压凸模,经复合强化处理后,其使用寿命由传统工艺的千件提高到万件以上,避免了冷挤过程中的早、中期失效,有显著的经济效益。
A cold extrusion male die made by W12Cr4MoV3N superhard high speed steel is trea ted by a compound strengthening process. The experimental results show that the service life of compound treated die has enhanced to more than 10000PCS from originally 1000PCS for the die treated by traditional process. This process enables the die to avoid premature failure in extrusion operation,and obtain remarkable economic benefit.
