摘要
在对依维柯汽车用板翅式机油冷却器做传热及流阻性能试验的基础上,得出了传热系数等规律性关联式。热阻分析表明,对于该机油冷却器,其油侧热阻只占总热阻的12%~36%,进一步的强化传热只能在水侧进行。文中提出的速度指数分析方法及热阻组成分离分析方法,为分析比较机油冷却器的性能提供了条件。
Based on the experiments of heat conduction and flow-resistance characteristics of a finned oil radiator for IVECO automobile,expressions relating to the regularity of thermal conductivity,etc. are derived. The analysis shows that the thermal resistance on the oil side of this oil radiator only holds 12-36 percent of total thermal resistance,so it is merely necessary to further promoting heat conduction on the water side. Two analysing methods,velocity index method and method of separation of thermal resistance composition, mentioned in this paper provide a basis for analysing and comparing the performance of oil radiators.
