摘要
在FQM-1型气门、气门座模拟摩擦磨损试验机上,进行了一系列CA6102发动机气门与气门座的配合性能试验。对21-4N气门材料与V431、V431-Nb+Ti、高MnAl、粉末治金及表面镶CrN等各种材料气门座的配合性能做了全面的试验研究,得出了材料、工艺等因素对气门、气门座耐磨性的影响规律。
A series of tests of matching properties for the valves and valve seats of medel CA6102 engine has been carried out on medel FQM-1 testing rig for sitnulating the abrasion and wear of valve and valve seat. A comprehensive experimental research of matching properties of valves made of 21-4N steel in matching with valve seat made of materials of V43l, V431-Nb+Ti, high MnAl powder metallurgical and CrN plated steels etc. has been performed which reveals the rule of the effect of the factors owing to material and technology on the abrasion resistance of velves and velves seats.
