摘要
针对EQ140型载货汽车飞轮壳开裂的问题，进行了综合统计和分析。认为，导致其开裂的主要原因有：变速器第一轴轴线与曲轴主轴颈的轴线的同轴度偏差超限；旋转件的动平衡被破坏所造成的发动机后部严重发抖；万向传动装置安装错误等。
In light of the problem of flywheel housing crack of EQ140 truck engine and by synthesized statistics and analysis,the main causes leading to the crack are considered to be the following:excessive coaxial error between the axic of input gear spindle of transmission box and that of main bearing of engine crankshaft,serious trembling of engine rear part due to failure of balancing of revolving parts and misassernbling of propeller shaft installation,ete.
