摘要
为提高发动机性能检测的准确性,研制了一种能提供发动机测试时所需的标准大气状况的过气调控系统。介绍了系统功能、硬件结构及工作原理、输入(出)通道设计及系统的软件设计。使用实践表明,该系统的气压调控精度<±0.2kPa,气温调控精度<±1.5℃,水蒸气分压调控精度<±0.1kPa。
In order to improve the accuracy in testing engine performance,an induction adjusting and control system is developed for providing a standard atmosphere environment required for engine performance tests. In this paper the functions,hardware construction, working principles,inlet and outlet passage design and software design of the sysytem are presented. The practical use proved that the following control accuracy of the system can be reached,air pressure<±0.2kPa air temperature<±1. 5℃ and aqueous vapour pressure<±0.1kPa.
