磁场对激光等离子体的影响及高频再游离

摘要 用磁镜场和磁Cusp场约束激光等离子体,使离子总束流峰值分别增加5倍和3倍;高电荷态离子的相对数量也增强,而在激光产生等离子体后附加上高频再游离装置时,也使总束流峰值从460μA增至1.4mA,并且详细研究了掺气对激光等离子体的影响。 A gain of a factor of about 5 in the total peak current and an in-creased amount of higher states ions were observed when the laser pasma was trans-ported through magnetic bottle fields.When the RF discharge was added to the laser plasma ion source to further ionize the laser plasma,the total peak current increased from 0.53mA to 1.4mA.In addition,test results on a laser source coneerning the iufluence of supcort gases upon the laser-plasma are described in detail as well.
