异叶青兰对高原实验家兔红细胞作用的形态计量学研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文应用扫描电镜技术及形态计量学方法,对平原移居高原(海拔3900米)实验家兔外周血红细胞进行了研究。实验分为平原组,高原给药组,高原对照组。结果发现:高原给药组家兔红细胞的直径和体积均小于高原对照组,有显著意义,(P<0.01)。高原给药组的红细胞体积与高原对照组相比,平均减少8.4%左右.高原给药组红细胞直径(Y)与高原对照组红细胞直径(X)呈正相关,Y=0.58,P<0.05。另外高原给药组红细胞直径(Y)与红细胞计数(X)也呈正相关,r=0.67,P<0.05。结果提示异叶青兰不仅可降低由缺氧引起的红细胞体积增大,而且还可降低红细胞的数量,从而降低血液的粘滞性,改善血循环。 he peripheral blood erythrocytes of rabbits which were moved form plain to high plateau (3900m)were studied by means of S E M(scanning Electron Microscope) and morphometraic method.The experimental rabbits were divided into three groups:the plain group,the plateau-herb group and the plateau-control group.The result showed that the erythrocyte Feret diameter and volume of the plateau-herb group was smaller than that of plateau-control group(p<0.01) The volume of the erythricytes of plateau-herb group were decreased 8.4% in average than that of the plateau-control group.The erythocyte Feret diameter of the plateau-herb group were positively relative to the plateau-control group,(r=0.58,p<0.05),and the erythrocyte Feret diameter and the erythrocyte's count of plateau -herb group were positively relative as well,(r=0.67,p< 0.05).It is considered that the influence of the herb are both in the volume and the numbers of erythrocyte, which not only decreases erythrocyte's enlarged volume caused by hypoxia but also reduces the number of erythrocyte;and it is also showed that the herb reduces the blood viscous and improves the blood circulatory.
