用喷涂、轧制和部分熔化工艺在银箔上制备具有Ｃ轴织构的Ｂｉ—Ｓｒ—Ｃａ—Ｃｕ—Ｏ超导膜．分析了超导膜织构的形成与基层晶格结构间的关系．

The c - axis textured Bi - Sr- Ca - Cu - O films have been prepared by a combination processing of spray coating on silver foil,cold rolling and partial melting. The formation of texture related to the crystalstructureof the substrate is analysed.
