摘要
本文考虑多项式族的鲁棒严格非周期性．把鲁棒非周期性问题转化为鲁棒Ｈｕｒｗｉｔｚ稳定性问题．对于几类典型的摄动系统，提出了简单的频域判据，并给出了最大摄动界的闭合形式解．
his paper considers the robust strictly aperiodic property for a family of polynomials.For a few typical disturbed systems we present the robust frequency criteria and provide the maximal perturbation intervi so that the aperiodic property is preserved.
