普疏舒对大鼠实验性血栓形成的影响

EFFECT OF POLY-SACCHARIDE SULFATE COMPOSITUS ON EXPERIMENTAL THROMBOSIS IN RATS

连续２周灌胃给药，观察了普疏舒对大鼠实验性血栓形成的影响。结果表明，大鼠体外形成的血栓其湿重和干重均低于生理盐水对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），亦能使大鼠体内血栓形成时间显著延长（Ｐ＜０．０１），且普疏舒的抗血栓作用有剂量依赖关系。提示普疏舒对大鼠血栓形成有抑制作用。

A study of the effect of poly-saccharide sulfate compositus(COP)on thrombosis in rats showed that COP at the dosages of 53mg/kg,105.8mg/kg and 423.6mg/kg markedly decreased the dry and wet weight of thrombi in vitro and slowed down of formation of thrombi in vivo,depending on the dosage used.The above results suggest that COP has an inhibitory action on thrombosis.
