摘要
对１９８５～１９９０年收治的６３例（１０６髋）药物所致股骨头缺血坏死进行了３年以上的随访。６３例中男性５０例，占８Ｏ％；平均年龄为４７岁，３０～５９岁者占８２．５％。双侧发病者占６８．２％，６０岁以上的病人为滥用类固醇激素所致，大量饮酒的病人服用该药，更易发病。早期症状是髋关节疼痛。提高对本症的警惕和认识对早期诊断非常重要。治疗方法的选择取决于病人的年龄和病变程度。
patients(106 hips)who suffered from steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head were treated in our hospital from 1985 to 1990.All patients were followed up for 3 years.Male were 80%.The average age was 47.The patients who were 30～59 years old accounted for 82.5%.The incidence of bilateral hips were 68.2%,The patients with alcoholism predisposed to the avascular necrosis of femoral head when taking corticosteriod.The early symptom was pain in the hips,It is very important to recognize this disease in early diagnosis.The choice of surgical method depends on age and the stage.Transitive operations are performed for young patients.
