摘要
应用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法对３２例足月新生儿脐血血清可溶性白细胞介素－２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）进行检测。结果表明，足月新生儿脐血血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平显著高于正常儿童和成人外周血水平（Ｐ＜０．０１），而男、女新生儿间脐血血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平无明显差异。提示新生儿Ｔ细胞免疫功能低下可能与其血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平增高有关。
The levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R) in sera of fetal blood from 32 neonates were determined by a double-antibody-ELISA.The results indicated that the sIL-2R levels in sera of fetal blood were all significantly higher than those in the sera from normal children and adults(P<0.01). There were no significant differences in the level of slL-2R between female and male neonates. The results suggested that the low cellular immune function of neonates is related with the high level of slL-2R in sera.
