人血清醇脱氢酶活性及其与肝炎的关系 被引量:2

STUDY OF RELATION BETWEEN HUMAN SERUM ALCOHOL DEHYDROGENASE ACTIVITY AND HEPATITIS

摘要 利用醇脱氢酶在体内的特殊分布,对357例人血清醇脱氢酶活性进行测定分析。结果表明:正常人酶活性无地区、性别的显著差异(P>0.05),急慢性病毒性肝炎病人的酶活性明显高于正常人(P<0.05)。提示血清醇脱氢酶活性与肝脏的机能状态有密切关系。 The activity of alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH) was determined and analysed in 300 subjects from three places. The results showed that among the normal subjects there were no significant differences in ADH activity(P>0.05) nor were there any significant differences between sexes. On the other hand, subjects with acute or chronic hepatitis showed much higher levels of ADH activity than the normal persons(P<0.05). The above suggests that there exists a close relation between SADH activity and liver functions.
