406株淋病奈瑟氏菌对青霉素G敏感度的测定

摘要 对青岛地区流行的406株淋病奈瑟氏菌进行青霉素最小抑菌浓度的测定(MIC)。结果,对青霉素G高度敏感者(MIC<0.06mg/L)99株,占24.5%;中度敏感(MIC在0.125~0.5mg/L)238株,占58.5%;总敏感率为83.0%。耐药(MIC≥1mg/L)者69株,占17.0%;在耐药菌株中有23株MIC≥16mg/L,且这23株耐药菌的β-内酰胺酶试验均为阳性。表明耐青霉素株在青岛地区流行的淋病奈瑟氏菌中占有较大比例,应予以重视。 The sensitivity to penicillin of 406 Neisseria gonorrhoea strains isolated from patients in the district of Qingdao was determined. 99 strains were found to have an MIC of 0. 06mg/L(24.5%)and 238 strains an MIC of 0.125~0. 5mg/L(58.5%). The total rate of sensitivity was 83%. Another 69 strains were drug-resistant with an MIC≥1. 0mg/L, of which 23 showed an MIC≥16mg/L and were allβ-lactamase producers.The above indicates that a large proportion of Neisseria gonorrhoea prevailing in the district of Qingdao is resistant to penicillin,which should be taken seriously.
