摘要 金藻Isochrysisgalbanaparke8701是作者从天然海水中分离出来的单细胞饵料新品种。其形态构造与等鞭金藻(IsochrysisgalbanaParke)相同。研究表明;其最适生长温度为13~18℃,能耐受-8℃低温;最适光强为100001ux,能耐受强光;盐度最适为25,在15~40范围内对生长率的影响不大;最适pH为7~8,pH9对其影响很小。该藻对环境突然变化的适应能力也很强,并具有较强的抗敌害生物污染能力,易于培养。可以在水温较低的季节,用露天大池敞口培养。 Golden-yellow alga 8701 is a single-celled feed for the larvae of some seaanimals. It has the same structure and form as Isochrysis galbana Parke. Research has shown that it has the following qualities: while it can tolerate temperatures as low as -8℃, the optimum temperature range for its growth is 13-18℃. It grows bestwhen the illumination intensity is 10000 Lux, which means it can stand intensive light. The optimum salinity is 25 and no significant difference is observed when it grows in the salinity range of 15 ̄ 40. The best growth occurs in pH 7-8, and in pH 9 it grows fairly good. The alga has shown a strong adaptability to both abrupt changes of environment and bio-contamination. As a result, it can easily grow in open-air pools when water temperature is low.
