摘要
应用海面矢量和标量廓线，以及贴海层厚度的相似分析，提出并论证了海面矢量与标量粗糙度近似相等的结论。
On the basis of the vector and scalar profiles over the sea surface and the similarity analysis of the near sea layer thicknesses, we show that the vector roughness and the scalar roughness are approximately equal.
