摘要
中国对虾肌肉含有快肌Ⅰ、快肌Ⅱ和慢肌等三类型肌纤维,其主要区别之处有:肌节长度、粗/细肌丝排列与比率、线粒体和二联体含量多寡以及ATP酶活性等特征,文中已作详细描述。
The histology, ultrastructure and histochemistry of the muscular system of Penaeus chinensis have been carried out. Three muscle fiber types were recognized in the muscle of the shrimp. Type I fibers have a short sarcomere about 2. 6-3. 1μm, a large number of mitochondria and diads content, and ordered myofilamental arrays. The ratio of thin to thick filaments is 3: 1. Type Ⅱ fibers have a median length of sarcomere about 4. 9-5. 1μm, a less mitochondria content, a large number of diads and triads content, and ordred myofilamental arrays. The ratio of thin to thick filaments is 3: 1. Type Ⅲ fibers have a long sarcomere about 7. 6μm,a poorly defined H zone a thick uneven z line. These fibers also have a large mitochondria content, a less diads content. and disordered myofilamental arrays. The histochemical results demostrate that Type 1 and Type Ⅱ fibers have a higher myofibrillar ATPase activity, and Type I fibers have larger mitochondria contens,which is a fast-oxidative muscle.
