概述了极谱法在药物分析中的应用．详细叙述了微分脉冲吸附溶出伏安法的原理、实验方法和技术。总结了抗精神病类药物的极谱行为及应用实例。
The review reveals the application of polarography to analysis of drug and discussesthe mechanism of the differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry,its experimental methodand technique.Its sums up the polarography haviour and gives some examples the of application tothe analysis of psychotropic drug.
