同时测定微量铜及铁的研究

摘要 首次提出了以向红邻菲啉作显色剂的双波长分光光度法同时测定样品中铜及铁的新方法。铜含量在0—1.3μg/ml,铁含量在0—0.6μg/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,此法用于工业废水中铜和铁的同时测定,获得了满意的结果。 A new method to determine trace amounts of copper and iron simultaneously by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry has been developed for the first time.This method is based onthe colour reactions of copper(Ⅰ)and iron(Ⅱ)with bathopenanthroline in the prosence of non-ionicsurfactant Triton X-100.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 13μg/10ml for copper(Ⅰ)and0-6μg/10ml for iron(Ⅱ).The detection limit is 7.5×10-8g/ml Cu and 1.0×10-7μg/ml Fe.Also, this method has been applied to the determination of industrial waste fluid with satifactory results.
