摘要
讨论了不同氯代物及烷基铝对丁二烯聚合的影响,以及不同的Cl/Nd比与活性、顺丁胶微观结构之问的关系。发现Nd(naph)3—氯代物—烷基铝体系的活性顺序为:AlEt2Cl,Al(i—Bu)2Cl,倍半异丁基氯化铝>氯硅烷≥烯丙基氯;Al(i—Bu)3》AlEt3;Cl/Nd比在3.5~7范围内活性几乎不变;不同氯代物、烷基铝及Cl/Nd比对产物的微观结构无明显影响,但对特性粘度[η](高聚物的分子量)影响较大。
The effects of different chloride and aluminium alkyl on butadiene polymerization and the relationship between the ratio of Cl/Nd and the activity and microstructure were studied. The order of the activity of Nd (Naph)3 -chloride-cluminium catalyst system is AlEt2Cl, Al (i- Bu)2Cl,Ala(i- Bu )3 Cl≥(CH3 )4-n SiCln(n = 1,2,3,4)>CH2= CH-CH2Cl and Al (i-Bu)3>>AlEt3.When the ratio of Cl/Nd ranged from 3. 5 to 7,the activity hardly changed,Variation of chloride, aluminum and ratio of Cl/Nd had no apparent effect on PB microstructure,but its effect on [η]was noticeable.
