分析了Ｖ带成型工艺、Ｖ带结构及Ｖ带所用材料对Ｖ带物理性能的影响。探讨了包布Ｖ带容易报废的原因。切边Ｖ带传递功率大、运行速度高、使用寿命长。

By analysing the V belts manufacture and structure and the materials used,the influences of some factors on the physical,mechanical propertier and the service life are dealt with. The causes of the wreckage of wrapped V belts are pointed out. The cutting V belt with a large conveying power and a high speed,is considered to be ameans to create a good performance and to be an indicator for development orientation.
