摘要
研究了5-Br-PADAP与钴、镍反应的导数行为,利用一阶导数消除钴、镍间的相互干扰,取得了满意的结果。对钴测定的线性范围为0~5.89μg/10mL,检出限为1.43×10-8g/mL;对镍测定的线性范围为0~5.87μg/10mL,检出限为9.68×10-9g/mL,用所建立的方法对化学试剂中的钴和镍的含量进行了同时测定。
The simultaneous determination of cobalt and nickel is based on colour reaction of Co(Ⅱ)and Ni(Ⅱ) with 5-Br-PADAP in the weak alkaline medium. The first order derivative spectroghotometric method can resolve the overlapping of absorption spectra for Co(Ⅱ)and Ni(Ⅱ).This developed method proved to be satisfactory for the simultaneous determination of traces of Co and Ni in synthetic samples. Satisfactory results are obtained in the determination of trace cobalt and nickel in some chemical reagents.
