摘要
着重从刀具材料、刀具几何角度、切削刃结构形状等方面较详细地讨论了改善木材成形铣刀切削性能的途径.使其在保证成形铣刀廓形设计精度的前提下选取合理的刀具几何角度成为可能;通过切削力试验.对整体式切削刃和分块式切削刃的切削性能进行了比较,使分块式切削刃的优良切削性能得到了肯定.
This Paper places emphasis on disscussing the tool material,geometrical angle and cutting edge structure in detail so as to improve the cutting Performance of form milling-cutter for cutting wood.The proposal of the general rake face equation makes it POSSible to select a right tool cutting angle and satisfy the contour Precision of the tool edge.The cutting Performances of the whole and the combined tool edge are comPared in an experiment about cutting force,and the conclusion is that the cutting performance of the combined tool edge is better.
