摘要
用免疫荧光技术对犬传染性肝炎病毒(ICHV)在感染犬肾传代细胞中的增殖过程进行了观察。结果:ICHV感染犬肾传代细胞吸附时间为1h,在感染过程中出现二次“隐蔽期”和二次“繁殖高峰”。结果表明,ICHV感染犬肾传代细胞48h收毒较为合适。
Reproduced cycle of infectious canine hepatitis virus(ICHV)was observed in a dog kidney cell line by immunofluorecene technique.Afteradhered to the cell for 1 hour,ICHV appeared two“eclipses”and two“reproducedpeaks”in infectious course.The rasult proved that it was suited to harvest thevirus for 48 hours after infection.
