鸡减蛋综合征油乳剂灭活苗的制备及其免疫效果测定

以鸡减蛋综合征（ＥＤＳ－７６）当地流行毒株做为种毒，制备了鸡减蛋综合征油乳剂灭活苗。经实验室免疫试验和大田免疫试验证明，该苗在免疫后第１０天即可产生坚强的免疫力（ＨＩ效价为８．５ｌｏｇ２），到第３０天血清中ＨＩ效价达到高峰（１１．２５ｌｏｇ２），直到第１５０天，其ＨＩ效价仍为７．５ｌｏｇ２。对用苗鸡群（１０万余只）跟踪调查１０个月，未发现有发病鸡群，免疫效果普遍反应良好。该苗在４℃可保存１８个月以上，室温阴暗处可保存１０个月以上。证明该苗产生免疫力快、强而且持久，能有效地控制鸡减蛋综合征在本地区的流行，可进行推广应用。

The oil-adjuvant Inactivated vaccine against EDS-76 Was preparated with theisolative straiii of virus,The efficacly of immune experiment showed that the strong immuni-ty was produced at the loth day postinoculation (the titers of HI was 8.5log2),the peak oftiters(11.25log2)bas been reacbed at the day 30 after inocuiation,the titers of HI still was7.5 log2 until the day 150 Postitoculation. The tracking investigation on inoculative chicken(about 100 thousands)was made for 300 days postinoculation,the immune efficacy was verygood. The vaccine can be stored for 540 days at 4℃,and for more than 300 days at 20─25℃in the dim light.It can be concluded that the oil-adjuvant Inactivated vaccine was able to con-trol the EDS-76 epidemic in the region and ought to Popularize application extensively
