摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对青海湖裸鲤的心脏、肝脏、肾脏、鳃、肠、鳔、肌肉、眼球、卵巢、精巢和血清１１种组织器官的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶谱进行了研究，同时与红鲤的相应组织器官做了比较。
s:It was investigated that the isozyme-spectra of lactate dehydrogenase inelcven tissues and organs including heart,liver,kidney,gill,intestine,swin bladder muscle,eyeball,ovarium,spermary and serum of the naked carps in Qinghai-lake by means of poly-acrylamide gel electrophore sis。The isozyme-spectra of lactate dehydrogenase were com-pared in the corresponding tissues and organs between the naked carps and the red carps.
