青海土族人外周血淋巴细胞ANAE反应的阳性率及其亚群的正常值

THE SUBPOPULATIONS AND NORMAL VALUE OF ACID α-NAPHTHYL ACETATE ESTERASE(ANAE) REACTION OF THE PERIPHERAL LYMPHOCYTES FROM TU NATIONALITY

本文应用α－醋酸萘酶酯酶（ANAE）反应的标记法，对104例青海土族健康人的外周血淋巴细胞阳性率进行了研究。见到ANAE反应者为T淋巴细胞，阳性率为77．36±6．48％。T淋巴细胞的亚群：“点状颗粒型”淋巴细胞为＜58．35＋7．6％；“弥散颗粒型”淋巴细胞为16．79＋4．65％。同时发现ANAE阳性淋巴细胞随年龄增长而发生变化。

104 cases of perlpheral lymphocytes from the normal young and middle-aged Tupersons were observed by means of ANAE staining. The results are as follows:The total positive rate of the ANAE reaction was 77. 36± 6. 48% Statistical analy-sis according to 'dot particle type'and'dispersed particle type'showed that the formerwas58. 35±7. 6% and the later was 16. 79±4. 65% we found in male the figures were74. 78 ± 7 %, 58. 51 ± 7. 6%, and 16. 39 ± 4. 07% individually, and in female the figureswere 75. 23±6 %, 58. 20± 7. 8%,and 17. 4 ± 4. 7%.
