新型无机高分子絮凝剂在制革废水处理中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文介绍了一种新型无机高分子絮凝剂—硅钙复合型聚合氯化铝铁在制革废水处理中的应用。结果表明该产品对废水的浊度去除率为99%,SS去除率为95%,COD去除率为90%,对C的去除率为85%左右,最佳使用pH值为6.0-9.0,最佳投药量为0.35-0.40g/l,最佳混凝时间为15~20分钟,在同样条件下各项性能均优于PAC2倍以上。同时该絮凝剂还可用于生活饮水,生产用水及其它废污水的处理净化,效果优良。 This article introduced applications of a new inorganic high polymer coagulant-Silicon - Calcium Poly - aluminium - ferric Chloide (SCPAFC) in treatment of tannery waste water. The experimental results showed that the turbid degree reduction rate of the SCPAFC for waste water reached 99%,the SS reduction rate reached 95%,the COD reduction rate reached 90% and the Cr3+ ion reduction rate reached 85%. The best pH value was from 6 to 9.0,the best amount of SCPAFC was 0. 35-0. 40g/l,and the best reaction time of flocculation within 15-20min. Under the same condition,the properties of SCPAFC was better than PAC twice. For more,SCPAFC also can be used in treating life water,broduction water and other waste water. The effects were considereable.
