摘要
提出一种适用于高速旋转的端面密封结构。对该结构的密封原理、密封能力和工作特点进行了分析;导出了密封压力的计算公式;论述了计算油膜厚度和结构优化设计的方法以及实现该结构的工艺手段。
This paper presents a face seal structure which is suitable for working at high speed,and analyses the sealing principle,the sealing capability,and the performance characteristic of the seal.The paper develops the formulas of calculating the sealing pressure.It also discusses the method of calculating the film thickness and the method of optimum design and also the technological process of manufacture of the seal.
