加热治癌时人体二维电磁场和温度场的数值计算 被引量:2

摘要 用有限元法计算了加热治癌时在人体肝癌截面内由同心线圈感应的二维电磁场、稳态温度场和瞬态温度场。为改善被加热人体内电磁功率分布,提出用充有电解液的水袋为屏蔽物的局部电磁屏蔽法。此法在某种程度上能消除在正常组织中的过热现象。这些理论研究有助于临床加热治癌。 n this paper,the 2-D electromagnetic field, steady state temperature field andtransient temperature field induced by a concentric coil in detailed cross section of the human body containing a cancer of the liver during hyperthermia cancer treatment have beencalculated using the finite elements method. In order to improve electromagnetic powerdistribution in the heated body,the method of local electromagnetic shielding is presented.In this method a water bolus containing electrolyte is used as an electromagnetic shield.To some extent this method can eliminate the overheating phenomenon in normal tissue.These theoretical studies should be an aid to the clinical hyperthermia.
