摘要
介绍了确保高速旋转构件工作可靠性的超速试验技术,国内外超速试验机的产生、发展和应用情况。重点介绍了QHCSJ-I型汽车离合器超速试验机在真空筒内采用环形动态防爆圈技术;在传动系统中采用柔性轴技术;在动平衡系统中采用陀螺系统与磁力阻尼和摩擦阻尼相结合的技术以及在操作策略上采用计算机与主机的隔离控制方案,使整个台架试验机工作可靠,使用安全。
This paper intloduces the technique of spin test for the work reliability of the high speed rotary structure, and the generation, development and application of the spinner throughout the world. We pay more attention to introduce the technique of the dynamic anti-burst circle inside the vacuum cylinder at the QHCSJ-I type spinner for the automobile clutch test, the technique of the flexibile shaft at the transmission system,the technique of spinning top system and the technique of damping combined magnetism with friction at the dynamic balance system, as well as the strategy of isolation control between the computer and the main machine for operating to ensure the work reliability and safety.
