摘要
研究了用杯形GC砂轮修整器修整小直径CBN砂轮的成形机理和提高直线精度的方法。提出圆环集合体的修整器微分分析模型,建立了被修整CBN砂轮断面廓形的理论计算基础,以此理论方法指导实验,调整修整参数,对直径为8mm,长度为17mm的小直径CBN砂轮,得到约1μm的断面廓形修整直线精度。
This paper is intended to describe the mechanism of profile generation during process of being trued by the Cup Truer and the way to improve the truing accuracy of the CBN quill. A circle aggregate model of the Cup Truer is put forward for differential analysis, and the theory foundation is established for calculating the section outline of the trued CBN quill. On the basis of this theory to adjust the truing parameters, for the CBN quill with a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 17 mm, the section outline straightness of 1 μm can be obtained.
