ENVIRONMENT AIMS AND POLICIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION SERVICE INDUSTRY IN TIANJIN

本文从信息服务的环境和信息需求入手，探讨了发展信息服务业的紧迫性和重要性，指出了发展天津信息服务业的主要障碍和问题，并根据社会主义市场经济发展的要求，提出了发展天津科技信息服务业的目标以及相应的政策建议。

Starting froln the environment of information service industry and infor-mation needs,the pressingness and importance for the development of infor-mation service industry are discussed in the paper,The author points out the main obstacles and problems to develop this industry in Tianjin,Accor-ding to the demand of socialist market economy,the aims and policies for the development of information service industry in Tianjin are put forward.
