摘要
文中论述了不同时期我国发展科学技术信息事业的总政策。指出，我国颁布全国系统的科学技术信息事业发展总政策，标志着我国科技信息政策的研究和制订进入新阶段。它不仅对我国科技信息事业的发展有其深远的意义，而且对发展中国家也有重要的参考作用。
The general policy of sci-tech information of China in different Deriods is introduced. The announcement of the systematic and comprehensive general info- rmatlon pohcy shows that the research and formulation of information policyof China have come into a new stage. The general policy not only has a deepsignificance for the development of sci- tech information of China. but alsogives an important reference to the developing countries.
