科学文献老化规律Poisson分布质疑

COMMENTS ON THE POISSON DISTRIBUTION OF THE AGING LAW OF SCIENTIFIC ANDTECHNICAL LITBRATURES

本文对文献［２］中绘出的科学文献老化规律服从Ｐｏｉｓｓｏｎ分布的结论进行了讨论，分析结果表明，科学文献老化规律服从Ｐｏｉｓｓｏｎ分布的结论是不能成立的，因此在此基础上给出的计算文献半衰期的Ｐａｕｌｉｎｅ公式亦不能成立。本文对文献［２］给出错误结论的原因进行了分析。

The conclusion that the average citation per article in chemistry by ageof citation is ielated to the Poisson frequency distribution,given by Pauline in reference[ 2] ,is discussed,The X2 test shows that Pauline’s law is incorr-ect,Therefore,the formula for calculation of a half-life for chemistry which based on the former conclusion is also incorrect,The cause which led the in-correct conclusion in reference[ 2] is analyzed.
