摘要
给出了一个关于外测度有限可加性的充要条件，从而有助于深入理解测度与外测度两个重要概念之间的区别与联系。
A necessary and sufficient condition of the finite additivity of outer measure is given,then the difference and the relation between measure and outer can be better under-stood.
